Sewer Line Installation.

New runs for additions, shops and new construction. Across Krugerville and 75 towns in North Texas, done by the licensed master plumber who quoted it.

What sewer line installation actually involves

New sewer runs come up on additions, shops, outbuildings and new construction. The work is slope, bedding and connection: too little fall and solids stand, too much and liquid outruns them. Both block. We set it at the grade it needs and leave a cleanout where a future plumber can reach it.

Sewer work is the part of plumbing people cannot see, which is exactly why it gets guessed at. Before anyone quotes a repair on your line we put a camera in it and find the actual failure: a belly holding water, a root intrusion at a joint, a collapsed section, or a break under the slab.

Whatever the answer turns out to be on your property, you will hear it from the licensed master plumber who is going to do the work, before the work starts. That is the difference between A+ and a company that sends a salesperson first.

A+ Plumbing covers sewer line installation from Krugerville out through Denton, Collin, Grayson, Cooke, Dallas, Tarrant, Wise and Rockwall counties, which is roughly a forty mile radius and seventy-five towns. Whether the property is a house in Aubrey, a restaurant in Frisco or an apartment complex in Denton, the same licensed plumber quotes it and the same one does it.

If you are not sure whether what you are seeing needs sewer line installation at all, that is worth a call on its own. Norman would rather tell you on the phone that you do not need him yet than sell you a visit you did not have to pay for.

New construction is not automatically sound. Fast building means rushed fittings, and a house under ten years old with a slab leak is not the rare event people expect it to be.

If you have a quote from somebody else and it does not sit right, that is a perfectly good reason to ring.

What we check

Root intrusion at joints, common in older clay
Bellies holding standing water
Cast iron scaling and channelling in older stock
Whether the break sits under the slab or out in the yard
Cleanout access, and adding one where there is none

Worth a phone call when

Sewage smell in the yard or around a cleanout
A patch of lawn that is greener or wetter than the rest
A line that has blocked twice in a year
Slow drains throughout the house rather than at one fixture
More than one fixture backing up at the same time

Why the ground here matters

Hard water

Most of the service area runs hard water, which scales tank heaters, shortens element life and clogs tankless heat exchangers faster than the manufacturer’s schedule assumes. It changes maintenance intervals and it changes which failure we look for first.

Clay soil movement

North Texas expansive clay swells and shrinks through the season. It moves foundations, and it moves the pipe running under and beside them. A line that was fine in spring can be pulled at a joint by August.

How a job actually runs

01

You call

You reach Norman on (940) 231-5706. Describe what is happening and you get a straight answer about whether it is urgent.

02

We look at it

Diagnosis first. On a leak that means locating it properly before anybody opens a wall, a floor or the yard.

03

You get the number

What the work costs and what it does not include, before it starts. No surprises added at the end.

04

Then it gets done

The licensed plumber who quoted it is the one doing it. Permits pulled where the city requires them.

05

We clean up

Tools out, mess gone, yard put back. Tools out, mess gone, yard back the way it was.

06

You have our number

If something is not right, you call the same man who did the work.

Sewer Line Installation questions

Do you do sewer line installation for commercial properties too?

Yes. Houses, shops, offices, restaurants, apartment complexes and manufactured homes, on the same terms.

Will you clean up afterwards?

Yes. The job is finished when the space is back the way you had it, not when the pipe is fixed.

Are you licensed and can I check?

Texas Master Plumber license M-44741, held by Norman Alambar. You can look it up with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, and we would rather you did.

What areas do you cover?

Krugerville and about forty miles out: Denton, Collin, Grayson, Cooke, Dallas, Tarrant, Wise and Rockwall counties, seventy-five towns in total. If you are near the edge of that, call and ask.

Do I get the same person each time?

Yes. That is the point of a small shop. Norman Alambar has seen your property before, so the second call does not start from nothing.

How much does sewer line installation cost?

It depends on what we find, and anybody who gives you a firm number before looking is guessing. What you will get from A+ is the number before the work starts, not after. Call (940) 231-5706 and describe what is happening and you will get a straight answer about the likely range.
