Tankless Water Heater Installation.
Gas sizing and venting handled, not guessed at. Across Krugerville and 75 towns in North Texas, done by the licensed master plumber who quoted it.
What tankless water heater installation actually involves
A tankless unit is not a straight swap for a tank. It needs a gas line sized for a much higher burn rate, its own venting, and a condensate path on a condensing model. Most of the tankless installs that disappoint people were undersized on gas from day one, so that is where we start rather than where we finish.
Most of the water heaters we see in North Texas are gas tank units in a garage or a hall closet, and most of them fail the same few ways. A thermocouple or a gas valve goes and the pilot will not hold. An element burns out on an electric unit. The tank itself rusts through at the bottom, which is the one that ends the conversation, because a rusted tank is not a repair.
Whatever the answer turns out to be on your property, you will hear it from the licensed master plumber who is going to do the work, before the work starts. That is the difference between A+ and a company that sends a salesperson first.
A+ Plumbing covers tankless water heater installation from Krugerville out through Denton, Collin, Grayson, Cooke, Dallas, Tarrant, Wise and Rockwall counties, which is roughly a forty mile radius and seventy-five towns. Whether the property is a house in Aubrey, a restaurant in Frisco or an apartment complex in Denton, the same licensed plumber quotes it and the same one does it.
If you are not sure whether what you are seeing needs tankless water heater installation at all, that is worth a call on its own. Norman would rather tell you on the phone that you do not need him yet than sell you a visit you did not have to pay for.
The cost of a plumbing job is mostly access, not parts. Getting to the failure is the expensive half, which is why locating it accurately is where the money is actually saved.
Most of these turn out to be smaller than the owner feared. A few turn out to be larger, and you will be told that just as plainly.

06Why the ground here matters
Mixed housing stock
Sherman, Denton and the older Dallas suburbs carry galvanized supply and cast iron drains. Celina, Prosper and Providence Village are new slab construction with PEX. Same county, completely different job.
Slab-on-grade
Nearly everything built here since the sixties sits on a post-tension or conventional slab, so supply lines run under concrete rather than through a basement. That is why leak location is a real skill in this market and why tunneling exists as an option at all.

Tankless Water Heater Installation questions
How fast can you get out?
Often same day, and emergency work runs nights and weekends. One customer called at five thirty on a Saturday and we were on site inside the hour.
Do you do tankless water heater installation for commercial properties too?
Yes. Houses, shops, offices, restaurants, apartment complexes and manufactured homes, on the same terms.
Will you clean up afterwards?
Yes. The job is finished when the space is back the way you had it, not when the pipe is fixed.
Are you licensed and can I check?
Texas Master Plumber license M-44741, held by Norman Alambar. You can look it up with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, and we would rather you did.
What areas do you cover?
Krugerville and about forty miles out: Denton, Collin, Grayson, Cooke, Dallas, Tarrant, Wise and Rockwall counties, seventy-five towns in total. If you are near the edge of that, call and ask.
Do I get the same person each time?
Yes. That is the point of a small shop. Norman Alambar has seen your property before, so the second call does not start from nothing.
What people say afterwards
As a project manager by trade, I have worked with a lot of trades over the years. Norman and A+ Plumbing truly go above and beyond with attention to detail and thorough work.
Norman came in and fixed my faucet within an hour and no leaks. He even cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable for the job.
The owner, Norman, is such a great guy and takes care of his customers. I completely recommend A+ for any job, they are very professional and reasonably priced.
