Eight counties, seventy-five towns.
A+ Plumbing works about forty miles out from Krugerville. Every town below has its own page.
Where A+ Plumbing works
The service area runs from Krugerville out across Denton, Collin, Grayson, Cooke, Dallas, Tarrant, Wise and Rockwall counties. That is 75 towns with their own pages, and everywhere in between them.
New construction is not automatically sound. Fast building means rushed fittings, and a house under ten years old with a slab leak is not the rare event people expect it to be.
Older fixtures are often better built than their replacements. Valve bodies in the established brands were made heavier, and rebuilding one is frequently the better call financially and practically.
Water heaters rarely fail without warning, they fail without anyone noticing the warning. Rumbling, slow recovery, rusty first draw and weeping at the base all arrive before the flood does.
Water chemistry does more damage here than most owners realize. Hard water scales tank heaters, shortens element life, packs tankless heat exchangers and shortens the life of every cartridge in the house. It quietly sets the maintenance schedule whether or not anybody is keeping one.
The counties differ more than a map suggests. Denton and Collin carry a lot of new slab construction alongside much older stock; Grayson and Cooke run older still, with galvanized supply and cast iron drains common; Dallas and Tarrant are mid-century suburbs; Wise is rural with long service runs. Same plumber, genuinely different jobs.
Wherever you are in it, the arrangement is the same: Norman Alambar takes the call, quotes the job and does the work. (940) 231-5706.

Why the ground here matters
Clay soil movement
North Texas expansive clay swells and shrinks through the season. It moves foundations, and it moves the pipe running under and beside them. A line that was fine in spring can be pulled at a joint by August.
Hard water
Most of the service area runs hard water, which scales tank heaters, shortens element life and clogs tankless heat exchangers faster than the manufacturer’s schedule assumes. It changes maintenance intervals and it changes which failure we look for first.

06Coverage questions
How far do you travel?
About forty miles from Krugerville, which covers eight counties and 75 towns.
Is there a travel charge?
Call (940) 231-5706 and ask about your address. You will get a straight answer.
Do you cover my town if it is not listed?
Probably, if it is between the ones that are. Call and ask rather than assuming not.
Who does the work?
Norman Alambar, license M-44741. That is the point of the company, and it is why people ask for him by name.
How fast can you get out?
Depends on the day and where the truck is. (940) 231-5706 gets you an actual time rather than a guess designed to keep you waiting.
Commercial too?
Yes, including apartment complexes and manufactured homes, which plenty of plumbers will not take.
What people say afterwards
As a project manager by trade, I have worked with a lot of trades over the years. Norman and A+ Plumbing truly go above and beyond with attention to detail and thorough work.
Norman came in and fixed my faucet within an hour and no leaks. He even cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable for the job.
Norman showed up on very short notice, did a great job and was very pleasant despite the cold. I highly recommend A+ Plumbing and Mr Alambar.
